Bucks County TimberCraft:

Wolstenholme Associates was selected by Bucks County TimberCraft to design two historic barn conversions (circa 1830's), transforming them into unique old world residences, reminicent of simplier times, with modern conveniences. At over 6,000 SF each, both homes feature green design to minimize the reliance on finite fossel fuels. Located atop scenic Jerico Mountain in Upper Makefield, PA, these homes are being offered for $2.6 million and $3.5 million respectfully. Bucks County TimberCraft is an award wining, nationally recognized, timber frame company based in Bucks County, PA.

Vero Beach, FL Residence:

Wolstenholme Associates was selected to design the complete replacement of a 4,000 SF home that was severley damaged by Hurricane Francis on the Florida Coast in 2004. Faced with the challenge to increase the homes square footage by 10% while not increasing the footprint size beyond 10%, as dictated by the local ordinace, Wolstenholme Associates succesfully realized this goal and in fact, designed a footprint that increased by only 2% .

Carversville, PA Residence:

Wolstenholme Associates was selected by a local restauranteur to design an 1860's historic barn conversion in Carversville, PA. At over 6,300 SF, this home features "green" design, in particular geothermal heating and cooling, photovoltaics, radiant heat, recycled insulation, super insulated walls and roof, low VOC paints and finishes, natural fiber carpets, and smart lighting systems, to name a few. Once the design is completed, Bucks County TimberCraft will continue the transformation into what will be an extrodinary adaptive reuse of an old barn.

Telecommunications:
Wolstenholme Associates extended its 2007 contracts with General Dynamics Information Technology Company, SBA Network Services, Inc. and Network Building & Consulting to build-out telecommunication facilities for various wireless carriers in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
